    You can subscribe to recieve emails or follow us on Instagram for updates and sneak peeks.

  • Can I reserve or pre-order a piece?

    Myre does not offer reservations or pre-orders. Orders are based on inventory availability only at a first come first serve basis.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon check out prior to payment.

  • What if the item I want is sold out?

    Once a drop sells out, those pieces may not return. However, similar styles might appear in future drops.

  • Can I request a custom order?

    At this time, we are not accepting custom orders in order to focus on limited collections.

  • My order arrived broken — what should I do?

    We’re so sorry! Email us at contact@myrestudio.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    We are unable to cancel or change orders once they are placed so please make sure to double check everything prior to check out!
