    Myre does not offer pre-orders. Orders are based on inventory availability only.

  • Can I request a custom order?

    I’m always open to ideas! Click here to fill out a custom order form and I will get back to you.

  • How do I care for the items?

    Handwashing is recommended. Do not dishwash or microwave to ensure longevity of the piece. Damage to pieces as a result of these will not grant a return/refund. Avoid using sharp objects to prevent scratches on the surface.

  • My order arrived broken — what should I do?

    I’m so sorry! Please fill out the contact form within 24 hours of receiving your piece with your order number and clear photos of the damage for a refund.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    All sales are final so please make sure to double-check everything prior to check-out!
