Custom Order Policy

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to begin production on all custom orders. The remaining 50% balance is due when your piece is ready to be shipped.
Custom orders will take at least 4-6 weeks to complete although this may vary based on customizations.
Pieces will not turn out exactly like any sample photos provided as they are hand-made - this is what makes each piece unique!
