Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not please review the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:​

• The item must be undamaged and unused.

• You must request a return within 14 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

• Items that are damaged.

• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Item is only eligible for an exchange if the item was delivered damaged.

Return Process
Please include the order number in the subject line. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
