We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, please review the refund policy outlined below.
All items are final sale. Refunds are only eligible for items that were damaged upon delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Items that were not reported damaged within 24 hours of delivery.
Custom products (special orders, personalized items).
Items Eligible for Return
To be eligible for a return:
The item was delivered damaged and reported to me at contact@myre.studio within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Process
To begin the refund process, please send an email to contact@myre.studio with photos of the damaged piece and the order number. Once your refund is approved, we will notify you of the status of your refund. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for processing. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact me at contact@myre.studio.
