We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, please review the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and with its original packaging.
You must request a return within 3 days of the delivery date. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if your item is defective.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Items that are damaged after 3 days of delivery.
Custom products (special orders, personalized items).
Sale items as they are final sale.
Return Process
To begin the return process, please send an email to contact@myre.studio to submit a claim. Please include the order number in the subject line. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, we will notify you of the status of your refund. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for processing. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact me at contact@myre.studio.
