How do I care for my pieces?

Handwashing is recommended. Do not dishwash or microwave to ensure longevity of the piece.

Damage to pieces as a result of these will not grant a return/refund. Avoid using sharp objects to prevent scratches on the surface.

Can I pre-order a piece?

MYRESTUDIO does not offer pre-orders. Orders are based on inventory availability only.

My order arrived broken — what should I do?

I’m so sorry! Please send an email to contact@myre.studio within 24 hours of receiving your piece for a refund. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage.

Can I request a custom order?
